Krys wanted to improve merchandising and visual merchandising skills within its network and asked us to help them write the relevant rules for their new concept.

Actions

  • We have thought about impactful solutions, easily deployable and with a strong image or performance impact.
  • We also designed new fittings and accessories to support these recommendations.
  • These merchandising principles and visual merchandising were tested and then written up in a reference book for all the shops.
