Faced with growing demand, Comptoir de campagne (a multi-service convenience store) wanted to be supported in their development and in the optimisation of the food range.
Actions
After a strategic immersion and the decoding of instore buying scenarios, we reworked the price image and the offer strategy in co-construction with the internal teams in order to share and perpetuate the solutions.
Results
A rethought offer and pricing, clarified merchandising rules to improve performance and adapt to the brand strategy.
