“Laboutiquelab” a very CROSS concept

We were commissioned by Transdev to rethink the concept of tomorrow’s mobility shop.

Thanks to an analysis of traffic flows, we were able to identify 3 types of customers and 3 distinct visit scenarios: the customer in a hurry, the customer who is just looking for information and the customer who needs advice for a more involved purchase.

Transdev’s objective was to rework the customer experience, restructuring the shop space to facilitate traffic flow and optimise customer time.

Our project

We wanted to put the customer back at the heart of the shop by reworking the concept around 3 axes :

Finally, it was important to recreate the relationship between the Transdev brand and the customers by creating more horizontality and by reorganising the postures of the Boutique teams: a virtuous effect which enabled all the teams to be involved in this project.

After a phase of analysis and immersion with the Transdev teams, we ended up with a project that was in line with all of their expectations, and in particular those of Sarah Aimond – Head of the Passenger Customers Division at Transdev.

Long live La Boutique !
